We were like kids at Christmas this weekend! Boy did we have fun with the snow! NOAA predicted Aiken was going to get 2 more inches of snow than Lexington, so we decided to head to my parent's house early in the day to enjoy the winter weather. It's a good thing we made our way there, too! There aren't ANY hills to speak of around our house! Oh, but in Aiken!? Gem Lakes has some amazing sled worthy hills! Shanna and I found all of them in our years growing up in Aiken :). (It was my first snow in our neighborhood without Shanna, we saw her parents though, and they were on their way to the hill by the lake with their sleds! the best one there was when we were growing up!)
Stephen and I had a ball playing in the snow. Stephen wanted to have a snowball fight... I don't like so much being wet and cold, so we compromised and went sledding :). Will wasn't so sure about feeling/looking like the kid from the Christmas story, bundled up so much he couldn't put his arms flat on his sides, but he went sledding a little and helped with the 2 snowmen :).

Love the snow pictures, especially the video of your parents! Will looked so adorable! I especially loved the reindeer hat. I missed sledding at the lake with you dressed like marshmallows...~Shanna :)
