37 Weeks and Counting!!

Things are going just like they should. Baby Will is still head down ready to make his entrance... although I don't think he's quite as ready as me or his Daddy :). The dilating is still progressing - so at least my body is moving in the right direction! Our bag for the hospital is almost packed...just a few more things to add.

My Aunt Betsy came this weekend to paint for us. She painted a Norman Rockwell painting and personalized it perfectly. The little "Sowards" boy is wearing a Wofford hat, and we just had to put a "Griffith" boy in there wearing a Clemson hat :). The other two are USC and Atlanta Braves fans. Dupree also made the picture! It's amazing that it only took her three hours to paint! After she was finished, my parents came to bring us a mattress for the cradle and dinner! We had a really nice time after poor Stephen finished working. :)

We'll be spending Labor Day at the Sowards' lake house. I doubt we'll be out in the sun all day. If we are, I'll start to look like a watermelon and my feet will look like big fat bricks. Pregnancy is so attractive in late August :).

Look for pictures next weekend after Angela and Tim's wedding. We plan on dancing until my feet won't allow it to see if we can get this baby moving! Keep your fingers crossed!

Hey Kathy!

I love the painting for Will's room! It is so cute. I know you are getting very anxious about meeting baby Will. I can remember the feeling but try to enjoy the last few weeks of pregnancy. The swelling and peeing will stop soon enough but I really miss that big full belly. We will have to get Will and James together sometime this fall. I hope you can get some rest and relaxation before Will arrives. So exciting!

Love, Hannah
